I visited several storage sites in the Polk/Floyd area. I could not visit THIS location as the onsite office is not (wo)manned. However, due to the phone conversations, I chose THIS location.... and I am glad I did.
AFTER the initial setup everything was fine.... specifically with payment, access, communication, etc.
I have had to contact the "office" a few times.... and eventually received a call back (or email depending on the issue) within an acceptable time frame.
My current concern is whether there's rodent/insect control being that the storage buildings are 'outside'.
Sometimes the odor is so strong as soon as the outside/hallway door is opened to the unit rooms. (Maybe there IS a scheduled control program and that's why it smells that way when the door is opened). 🥴
I definitely RECOMMEND this location!“
